hey ladies! make sure you WEIGH-IN TODAY www.xanga.com/summerbeauty_weighin. this is YOUR total, not your TEAM'S total.

if you miss today's weigh-in, thats okay... but please make sure i get it by NEXT sunday or i am disqualifying you.

THERE WILL BE ONE MINI-CHALLENGE FOR THE WHOLE WEEK AND IT WILL BE WORTH 10 POINTS.

monday- sunday : don't drink ANY soda and earn 10 points. replace it with tea, water, diet non-carbonated drinks, etc.

*your intake is how much you EAT, not how much you eat minus the exercise you do

MINI CHALLENGES WEEK 1! *worth 2 points for each day*
monday- chat with your partner! either through email, comments, or if you have an instant messenger, contact your teammate and learn a little more about them.
tuesday- an apple a day keeps the doctor away. grab an apple and earn your extra point.
wednesday- post an inspirational quote on your site and get a point
thursday- workout for atleast 1 whole hour and receive an extra point
friday- don't binge today and receive a point
saturday- drink that calcium! have an 8 oz glass of either skim or 2% milk for an extra point
sunday- have atleast 3 servings of fruit today and receive that extra point

3. if you went under your allowance, your score is 5 points. If you followed your allowance EXACTLY, your score is 3 points. If you went over your allowance, your score is 1 point. If you binged, your score is -5 points
4. Exercise-- every 20 min. of exercise is 4 points. *do not exercise for 10 min then count it as the full 3 points. thats CHEATING. also, DO NOT exercise for 10 min. and count it as 2 points.*
5. mini-challenges will be worth 2 points. there will be one each day
6. post your water allowance
7. post your actual water intake.
8. if you went had more than your allowance, your score is 5 points. If you followed your allowance EXACTLY, your score is 3 points. If you had less than your allowance, your score is 1 point.

2. if you dont post for 2 weeks, you're disqualified (unless you tell me in advance)
