MINI CHALLENGES WEEK 1! *worth 2 points for each day* monday- chat with your partner! either through email, comments, or if you have an instant messenger, contact your teammate and learn a little more about them. tuesday- an apple a day keeps the doctor away. grab an apple and earn your extra point. wednesday- post an inspirational quote on your site and get a point thursday- workout for atleast 1 whole hour and receive an extra point friday- don't binge today and receive a point saturday- drink that calcium! have an 8 oz glass of either skim or 2% milk for an extra point sunday- have atleast 3 servings of fruit today and receive that extra point |
